The Porsche 911 996 marked the beginning of a new era for the 911 series.
This 996 Turbo came to us for an interior restoration unlike any other. Originally finished in brown, our client envisioned a full transformation into Nephrite Green, an exclusive interior colour offered by Porsche itself.
Sourcing for the original leather, Alcantara and velour carpet proved to be a challenge, as few had ever optioned the Nephrite Green interior colour when new.
The owner requested period correct ruffle seat designs and an embossed headrest crest in the earlier style, a detail that required meticulous craftsmanship.
One of the more costly aspects of this restoration involved the interior plastics. Due to their brittle condition, we had to replace them entirely with new components rather than refurbish them as we typically would.
This project may well be the only 996 in Singapore featuring a Nephrite Green interior, and we are proud to have brought our client’s vision to life.
